Landmark Books

Landmark Books are perhaps the most sought after out of print childrens books by Homeschooling families. The series (originally published from 1951-1970) consisted of 122 volumes in the American History run and 63 in the World History run. Written in a novelistic style, these biographies/histories are geared for mid-range readers in 3rd-6th grade. (I am currently trying to read the entire series and and enjoying them immensely.
